Dogs, cats, elephants, beetles, and other pets are welcome on the vast estate of Isis. They must be accompanied by their vaccination records, well-behaved, and take their sanitary walks outside the camp area. They do not incur any charges, but you are welcome to make a donation to the local animal rescue association

Isis Campsite in the Cevennes has been developed since 1975 (and successively expanded in 1976, 1981, and 2008) on former orchards. During the restructuring of our pitches, we ensure that large open spaces are preserved, and we also choose tree species that reflect the previous use of the land, including fruit trees that bring joy to children, birds, and hedgehogs! Opening periods and reception hours
Your Isis campsite in the Cevennes welcomes you from the Easter holidays (no later than 1 April) to the All Saints’ holidays (no later than 31 October)
Opening times vary according to the season
You will find us every day on weekdays from 9AM to 12PM and from 2PM to 5PM
In July and August, from 9AM to 7PM and you can stay until 10PM
In July and August, from 9:30AM to 7PM, you can also arrive until 10PM

You won’t find better, I’ll book right away
Indicated in euros, our rates do not include:
– heating
– tourist taxes (per person over 18 years old, per night: €0.40 for camping and chalet rentals, and €0.40 for gĂ®te rentals)
BOOKING FEE
The fee is €50 and is offered to you BUT applies
– in the event of a change to the stay (all periods)
– in the event of cancellation (all periods)
– if the stay is moved to another period
– for all VACAF files
The reduction of the booking fee will be applied with the balance of the stay

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
FIELD OF APPLICATION
These conditions govern the sales by SARL I.C.M Isis Campsite in the Cevennes of stays in St Julien de la Nef Gard, France, and apply at the time the order is placed, to the exclusion of all other conditions. In accordance with article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific time.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
On the Domaine d’Isis: at your convenience.
On your camping pitch: 12 noon
In your rental accommodation: Arrival after 4 p.m. Departure before 10 a.m.
These times may vary according to the season.
Note: Rentals are available for a minimum of 2 nights; no minimum for camping pitches

The price of stays is displayed in euros, including VAT
The rate indicated on your reservation is indicative; we invite you to consult our prices online: www.isisencevennes.fr/language/en/TARIFS-locations-et-camping/
Our prices include the rental for the period and number of people indicated in our offer and, unless otherwise stated in our descriptions: water, gas, electricity, access to reception facilities, entertainment, and sanitary facilities. The rentals are fully equipped. For more details on their amenities, arrival and departure times, as well as the security deposit, please refer to our online descriptions
Our prices do not include: tourist taxes, paid activities offered by the campsite, cleaning, additional persons, heating in rentals, bed linen rental, transportation costs, consumption fees, etc

When you validate at the end of the ordering process, you declare that you accept it, as well as all of these general terms and conditions of sale
The data recorded by isisencevennes.fr constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by Isis Campsite in the Cevennes and its customers
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
AVAILABILITY
Each proposed stay is available and can be reserved. However, Isis Campsite in the Cevennes reserves a 72-hour period from the time the order is placed to confirm the reservation, if the stay had become unavailable due to exceptional and unforeseen modifications beyond our control. We will inform you by email within 72 hours. You can then request the cancellation or exchange of your order
STAY REGULATIONS
You will make a payment in 3 installments. The first payment consists of a deposit including 30% of the price of the stay + booking fees and cancellation insurance fees (if subscribed)
The balance is due 30 days before your arrival:
– by check or Vacation Vouchers (up to 10 days before the start of the stay)
– by bank transfer (upon request and up to 10 days before the start of the stay)
– by credit card
You can pay for your stay securely online with the following credit cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, and Mastercard
We immediately confirm your reservation and purchase of the stay on our website www.isisencevennes.fr through an email, provided that you have provided your email address
SECURITY
Online payment is secured by PAY BOX
The information related to your credit card (the 16-digit number of your payment card, the 4 digits of the expiration date, the 3 last digits of the pictogram on the back of the payment card) will not be transmitted in clear on the Internet, but will be fully protected and encrypted
Upon validation of your order, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation request by email at the address provided during your order
ATTENTION! Your reservation becomes firm only upon receipt of your payment. The stay you have pre-booked is still available on our website. If your stay has been selected and confirmed online by another customer, after you have placed your order but before you have paid, Isis Campsite in the Cevennes will immediately inform you by email and, if possible, propose an equivalent stay. You will be free to accept or refuse this exchange proposal. In case of refusal on your part, your payment will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will the responsibility of Isis Campsite in the Cevennes be engaged
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
Any request for modification or cancellation must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The deadlines mentioned below apply from the date of receipt of the letter. Cancellation or modification of the holiday will incur the following minimum charges:
More than 30 days before the start of the holiday: 30% of the cost of the holiday + booking fees* and options chosen.
From 30 to 0 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the cost of the holiday + booking fees* and options chosen.
If you have opted for cancellation insurance, please see the conditions for reimbursement.
– Special note for electric vehicles: There is a special recharging point for electric vehicles (recharging at the camping site recharging points is not permitted).
DELAYED ARRIVAL – EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure compared to the dates mentioned in your contract, no refund will be made
NON-PRESENTATION AT THE CAMPSITE
If we haven’t received any communication about your arrival within 24 hours, the campsite will assume that you are not coming and your accommodation will be released. In such cases, cancellation fees will be applied according to our cancellation policy
