The LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) Refuges programme is a charity recognised as being of public interest, and awards this ‘title’ to private or public land that makes a moral commitment to welcoming, protecting and promoting nature.
A large arboretum, the Isis campsite in the Cevennes has always been committed to protecting biodiversity. Over the years, many species of birds have made their home on the estate and we are lucky enough, every year, to discover lovely surprises in the heart of nature 🐦
Waking up to the sound of birdsong, coming face to face with a wren, or spending hours observing the many different species of trees on the estate 😍
