• • The "HEURES D’ORGUE" at the Temple of Le Vigan

It was in 2002 that was finished the restoration of this organ with a tumultuous past. Today, thanks to the volunteering for a few passionate, our region has the luck to be able to appreciate the extraordinary sonority of the most “monumental of the musical instruments”.

SPRING:

• Festival HIKING in the Cévennes with the Fira

Every Spring, you are invited to discover the Cévennes in its most secret nooks, on foot, on horseback, by mountain bike...

 In the conviviality: numerous participants, voluntarily limited to protect the conviviality and exchange.
 Tasting local produce: the meal breaks are the occasion to taste the local products and traditional cuisine, be it in farm hostels, little restaurants or even in the open air.
 Thanks to volunteers: the proposed walks are the fruit of the research of voluntary animators , proud to show you their country.
 In a vast preserved space: the Hiking Festival covers today a vast multi-faceted territory. From the Mont Aigoul to the confines of the Ardèche, between the Gard and Lozère, thirty or so communes invite you.
There are more than 60 accompanied walks available to you!
We propose to you, in this frame, a hike starting from the camp-site. On the program: barbeques and wild salads!

• WEEK-END SHIATSU, for mothers’ day and fathers’ day: offer them a relaxing pause in camping Isis en Cévennes

What is the Shiatsu?
The Shiatsu is a well-being technique originating in Japan. Stress reducing and source of well-being, it’s an excellent response to the unbalanced life of today.
The work is done either lying on a mat, a massage table or sat in a chair. The climate in which the séance is done is wholesome and pleasant. The base of the Shiatsu is acupressure, that’s to say a work on certain specific pressure points on the body. It’s a deep and revitalising massage that leave you relaxed.
The Shiatsu is perfect for all healthy people, young or old, man or woman..
The Shiatsu is a non-therapeutic work that aims to:
* help release tension, notably in the back and neck
* reduce stress, increase moral in periods of the “blues””
* improve sleep
* improve digestion
* improve breathing
On site you can also benefit from the pool, go for walks, hikes and discover the region.

Every spring, the Rotary Club and the Lion’s Club organise in the cave a concert in the aid of the “Clé" associating, aiming to help families with a child affected by cancer.

• SEMI MARATHON of Le Vigan!

The course of 12.7 km is open to all. A hiking trail (non-competitive) of 2 hours is also proposed as well as a race for children.

• The "RAID D’AUBANEL"!

Natural Triathlon, in a magnificent landscape between the Pic St Loup, Ravin des Arcs and Gorges de l’Hérault...
It’s the occasion for all, occasional or confirmed sportives, to share a sporting adventure and conviviality in a preserved nature frame.
Departure and finish lines are carried out on the banks of the Hérault. This is where the prize giving is carried out, and where a huge barbeque is offered to participants of the race.
Raid offered to all sportives, male and female of at least 16 years (parental authorisation to be given for miners).
9 km race on foot / 26 km on mountain bike / 7 km by canoe

 The Tuesday 29th of June the world of J.A.D organises a spring cleaning on the site of the Mont Aigoual, in partnership with the nation Park, the ONF, the Mairie of Valleraugue, the communities of the Aigoual and Pays Viganais communes, the MNE/RENE30 and the mountain guides.
There is also for this day 6 classes of “cycle 3”, which represents

Each summer, the Astro-Gard association proposed its festival, on the program: conferences, astro observation nights at 410mm, workshops... All are welcome!
Useful Information: The Astro-Gard association has for objective to promote astronomy. Based on the Espérou (30km from the camp-site), it organises activities all year long as well as evenings (every Saturday as of April)

• THE TRANSES CEVENOLES

"The Transes cévenoles festival is one that regroups street artists and musicians in the village of Sumène, in the département of the Gard. The free festivities occur all over the village during two days. The event stretched from Friday midday to Saturday night and takes place the last weekend of July. It’s composed of free street festivals during the afternoon, followed by a paying concert in a square the evening. Founded in 1998, from the impulses of young inhabitants of Sumène; desiring to voluntarily invest themselves in the cultural life of their territory.
